Kevin’s formal strength training began at age 16 with American Football and extended to Mountain Biking, Rugby and Baseball. He spent some time in the Canadian Coast Guard before pursuing Powerlifting, Weightlifting and CrossFit, simultaneously embracing other disciplines, including Yoga and Strongman.

 

Kevin values being a student of sport and life and sees them as inevitably intertwined. His personal experiences have encouraged him to embrace the goal of longevity in sport, focusing on a holistic approach to mental and physical wellness, training and recreation. He is passionate about full-body universal movements, mobility work, and the limitless potential we all have to be the leader in our own whole-body wellness, no matter where our starting point may be.

 

Leonarda Schotness (Leo)

Coach and Personal Trainer

With a background in martial arts and swimming, Leo has always been extremely active fitness-wise. She spent four years in Canada and travelled to the USA, completing her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate in Las Vegas, her Olympic Weightlifting Certificate with Coach Mike Burgener in San Diego, and earned her Powerlifting Certificate with nine-times Powerlifting record holder Laura Phelps Sweatt. Leo also holds a Kettlebell Certificate from CrossFit North Vancouver.

Full of enthusiasm and passionate about CrossFit, Leo is a very encouraging coach, who believes that perfecting technique first and foremost is the vital step towards reaching the goals you set yourself, and which she is here to help you reach.

 

 

Charlotte  Miles

Coach and Personal Trainer

With a background in dance and movement therapies, Charlotte is

a CrossFit coach with a passion for beautiful, clean movement and

efficient form and technique.

Her belief that fitness is an unending journey, not a final result, is

teamed with a desire to make each session gruelling but fun.

With a keen interest in nutrition, particularly the paleolithic diet,

Charlotte has a wealth of information on clean eating for inflammation reduction, body composition and performance.
