Our beautiful coach, Charlotte, decided to turn the last WOD she taught and took part in at CFGF into an 80s fancy dress one... spandex, lycras, neons, music and all... it was not dull, as these photos will show you! 

 

Those who did not have lycras, neon, spandex and such, decided to wear any costume they had at hand... which is how we ended up with a Arab Sheikh in the box too!
